As I’ve mentioned during the past week, Cebu now ranks as the 4th location in business process outsourcing and there’s still more to come. Its 33,000-hectare region is composed of three cities together with the other six municipalities. The population of a million-plus is combined of Filipinos that have Chinese, European and American influences. The long-time vernacular of Bisaya or Cebuano is the prevailing dialect in this region. However, the national language Tagalog and international language, English, is widely spoken.
