One of the restaurants that have been carving a name in Cebu is Moon Café Cebu. It is basically spelled with three “O”s, but two would do. They have three branches running and the most famous one is located in “The Walk” at IT Park. The structure and interior design of the place is exceptional. As you pass by you can’t help but notice how it stands out among all the other establishments around it.
