It was about a week ago when I first saw this “pink jeepney” plying along the streets of Asia Business Park. I thought it was amusing and for a jeepney, a Filipino icon, the unique representation of this jeepney is defining and remarkable. Why? Because for the other fact that it is “pink”, it has designs on it that captivates onlookers and I bet those who ride this pink jeepney will feel really special.

However, Valentine’s Day is not just the only flower-giving celebration of the year here in the Philippines; the November 1 or 2 holidays are also in favor of involving flowers in the observance of the All Soul’s Day. This is so since people flock together in the cemeteries to spend time with their departed loved ones. This, however, depends if one can stomach such liquid into going all-out overnight but hey, like the most people say, “drink moderately”.
