Intense heat and the need to bask in a cool water sums up the reason why most Cebuanos flock together in the finest Cebu beach resorts. When we think of summer, one think that comes to our mind is the beach, plus the relaxation, food, service and awe-inspiring site of a beach resort. More and more Cebuanos have taken a further step into choosing which beach resorts of Cebu fits their craving and also within budget.

One of the Cebu beach resorts that I have in my most wanted list is the Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel. This unique Cebu beach resort boosts a captivating view of the horizon and simply invigorates your relaxing needs. Of course, I would not want to say this without even going there. So, I am going to share to you how Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel stays as one of the finest beach resort hotel in Cebu.

If you are thinking of visiting Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel, you can actually go straight to it from the Mactan Airport in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu. A 10-kilometer travel is not that hectic if you take a cab, of course. This Cebu hotel and resort remarkably stands it ground in front of the striking white beaches, refreshing air, sunny skies as well as warm people. I wanted to stay a little more just to enjoy the service that they gave me.

That question is: “Did I enjoy my stay at Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel?” That would certainly fall under the word “understatement”. In fact, I had a wonderful stay. I am not going to say that this is a bias review but I sure did enjoy the place and the service. One thing that they need to improve though is their food selection since they have common choices to munch. Also, their prices are a bit way off but I can let it slide.

In my most wanted list for a beach resort would be the room. This certainly is a huge factor. I had spacious room (within my budget of course), a superior deluxe room to be precise, that gave me a great view from its balcony overlooking the beach and the blue sea. This made me not want to go out actually but I had to since I was starving already.

The pool was tempting to somewhat make a splash into but there were a lot of people that day and I had to enjoy it at night. After all, night swimming is included in my most wanted list. Two of my friends and I enjoyed the night with a case of beer to sum it up. Now that’s what I call unwinding.

The following day, I had to enjoy a massage to ease my aching muscles from a long night of drinking. Of course, the employees were very friendly and I even had a wonderful conversation with the gentleman at the bar. The massage was really great. Wow. Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel really made me forget my hectic schedule back in the city.

Overall, Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel made it all worthwhile, at least for a busy chum like me who enjoys my work (quite) and the NBA Playoffs. This Cebu hotel and resort really elevated itself into one of the top 10 in my most wanted list.
