Cebu Business Park

Among the other places that have sprouted back in the years and have maintained that availability to both the local people and tourists, the Cebu Business Park has given out a bit of its major development but still has a lot left to accommodate available businesses coming from other parts of the globe. I, myself, can say that in just a short span of time, this business area has evolved into a massive location of commerce and it’s still accepting multi-international entrepreneurs who are thinking about expanding here in Cebu, Philippines.

A bit of history

Back then, the original area of Cebu Business Park was once the Club Filipino Golf Course which was later sold to the crew of Ayala Corporation. The potential progress for the whole concept of Cebu Business Park was later on integrated in Cebu City’s 1990 zoning ordinance and its land development work was concluded back in 1992.

The Ayala Corporation handed the whole idea of Cebu Business Park into the care of Cebu Holdings and they did a heck of a job establishing this area into a commerce center that erected leisure centers, banks, international companies as well as sports and recreational facilities.

I’ve wandered inside Cebu City Sports Club and it’s indeed a place to be, especially for sports-minded people. Today

With its overall improvement in terms of total business development, Cebu Business Park became the only place outside of Metro Manila to be considered as the sole largest metropolitan development project.
