Cebu Hotels: Crown Regency Hotel to open in January

It's good to see how a lot of accommodations are being built nowadays. It goes to show that Cebu boasts a lot of potential especially to those who wanted to have business as well as enjoy living. Recently, the Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corporation (FTRDC) announced last November 15 in the unveiling of hotel project Crown Regency Hotel and Towers, which indicated a successful completion on its external frame of what could be Cebu City's tallest and glamorous hotel tower.

Richard King, the FTRDC CEO, has revealed that the Crown Regency Hotel and Tower will be complete after six months. However, this will officially open its doors for public early next year on January 2008. This will not only create a fresh landmark in Cebu but to also position itself as one of the most exciting hotels in Cebu.

Features

The Crown Recency Hotel and Tower is not just erected to boost the hotel accommodations here in Cebu, but to give another tourist landmark here in the metropolis. The “Sky Experience”, which features a thrill ride that will let Cebuanos and guests experience a sky whole new “atmospheric” view of the city, aims to become not just the first in the country but to the whole globe.

First off is The Edge Coaster, which is a free-fall ride where passengers are suspended just around hundred meters above the ground giving them this new experience ever in the local area.

The Insanity Ride is next to that located in the entertainment capital, Las Vegas. This is an inverted centrifuge that will take the enthusiastic passengers to the tower's 40^th floor and spins them at an incredibly fast speed. Now that's worth a shot.

Another feature is the Summit Observatory, which is located on the 38^th floor, with a view that spans 100 miles and to over four towns.

These are just some of the features that the Crown Regency Hotel and Tower will provide to Cebuanos and tourists that may have already felt the vast improvement of Cebu business and entertainment industry. Other features also include the medical diagnostic center that is catered to the “healthy-minded” visitors who prefers to just know something about their health. An exclusive men's club called Club 36 is also available as well as the Stratus Restaurant for those who want to fill their tummies.

Projects

The Crown Regency Hotel and Tower, though, is just one of the three promising high profile projects by the FTRDC. The Club Ultima and the Ultima Residences are the other two.
