Dessert Factory

One thing that Ayala Center-Cebu have is the, of course, they provide the classy and sophisticated setting in which some of the Cebuanos spend their time with their family, especially dining.
One of the most splendid restaurants, that I’ve been able to dine at least 10 times or more, is Dessert Factory. This is the place where my girlfriend can find the luscious cakes, ice cream and a combination of both. There are also cookies that are cooked so right that you would like to simply eat them all like there’s no tomorrow. Plus, a variety of drinks are available for you to choose from and my favorite is the Lassi yoghurt drink, which gives me enough satisfaction that I am indeed full after a great meal.
Actually, they serve more than just those delicious dessert plates. I do like going there right before lunchtime to avoid seeing all the tables filled with people since most of them likes to just sit and talk there for hours. Anyway, Dessert Factory has a selection of meals that you can choose from, like the Tennessee Pork Barbecue and Steamed Fish Fillet. Or, you can also get the Murder Burger or Caesar Salad if you’re on a diet. Fact is, you just name it and you’ll love it.
To summarize it all, the ambience is nice especially when you go spend your time for dinner. The service is kind of lousy; like you already ordered your food moments ago then they go back and just tell you that the one you ordered is not available. And also, the waiters and waitresses are not that attentive at all. However, aside from the service, I never hesitate to return.
