What makes this Cebu-based couture more successful are not the quality and beauty of its creations, in Ruedas, they see to it that they make great relationships with their clients. Their patrons are no less than satisfied and that is often spread through word of mouth.

Its founder and creator, the Harley Ruedas himself does not only express glamour and fab in his designs. Back in 2010, he had made a socio-political statement in an evening gown that featured the faces of showbiz and political personalities.
