The Jose R. Gullas Halad Museum is home to countless music memorabilia significant to the history of the Cebuano music industry. Paying tribute to Cebuano or Visayan musicians, it does not only display clothes, musical instruments, and frames of the said artists, the museum also installed MP3 players and netbooks so you can listen to various old Cebuano songs during the visit. Expectedly, you will find a collection of items dedicated to the one and only “Asia’s Queen of Songs”, Pilita Corrales.

The JRG Halad Museum also has Kinaiyang Sugboanon Gallery that showcases images that tell stories of Filipino traditions like Balitaw, Pamalaye, to mention a few.

The Halad Museum is located at V. Gullas St. Cor D. Jakosalem St., Cebu City. For inquiries, you can contact (032)268-2579.
