A weekend is not complete without the believed relaxation that most people think about. There are malling, shopping, watching movies, Sunday television shows, and others. To most people though, these “relaxations” are after they visit the church. I, myself, am able to recognize this fascination that most of us experience, especially when we want to relax. And relaxing would mean to be entertained, or to just enjoy something worth it, or unwind from a tedious weekday.
As for me, the latest action in the NBA Playoffs and the NFL Draft made my weekend. Plus more after my friends called me to join them in a singing fiasco, and booze of course.
The place? K1 Family KTV. It was certainly a whole new weekend to me since I never had a chance to redeem myself as the self-proclaimed singer that I wanted to be. Perhaps, it was indeed a refreshing experience rather than just playing NBA Live 2008 and looking for news about Madden 09 on my computer.
Anyway, trying out the most favored pastime of the Philippines is not that bad since most Filipinos loves to sing. Moreover, besting each other to whoever has the most score given by the karaoke machine. Of course, most “ratings” never actually sold out to everyone since they think it’s not true and that they deserve the high score in any way.

You can invite your friends, of course since K1 Family KTV has a 6-8 person room available on Fridays and Saturdays at P375.00 per hour but drops down to P250.00/hour from Sundays-Thursdays. If you are thinking about going their early at 5-9pm, your fee would be 100% consumable. That sure is something.
