From what I am reading about Karutora they are not real pearls. They can be found at Kultura inside the Department Store in SM Mall.

Can you post the the whole text in the receipts because when it says “sm” then it must be a different mall. Gaisano is located in Ayala mall.

Hello, and thank you, I hope you can help me. My husband purchased a pearl with diamond accent from a shop in january while on vacation. I lost the piece and want to replace it with the same item. I have two receipts, both say “sm”, then item numbers. Can you help me? They are “Karutora” pieces.Thank you agian, I hope to receeive an email from someone soon.
