It was in 1962 when Norberto Quisumbing, Jr. and his wife Britta tied up for the exclusive distributorship and manufacturing of Yamaha motorcycles in the Philippines. Eventually, this has become one of the longest business partnerships the Japanese company Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. ever had with other countries.
By such venture alone, Mr. Quisumbing had helped out thousands of Cebuanos (and Filipinos altogether) by providing them jobs to improve their quality of life.
More than being an entrepreneur and corporate leader, he is also a humanitarian and devout Christian. He has established Pilipinas Una sa Lahat (Punla) Cebu Foundation, Inc. which provides scholarships to the poor and deserving students. He had also founded the Filipino Inc. or the Filipino Institute for the Promotion of Integrity and Nobility Inc. This organization aims to inculcate values and work ethics among the people.
Mr. Quisumbing and his wife impart that they are proud of their past and they look forward into the future with confidence and optimism. The journey of Norberto Quisumbing and the rest of the Filipinos in improving quality of life continues.

Dear Sir/Ma’am
I would like to ask if the employee work at your company for more than 18 years, no record of
any anomalys or anything that can damage your company and a loyal to your company. It is
necessary or possible that your good office will transfer your one of the employee to another
branch without any heavy reasons? Is the manager has the right to do that?
Hoping for your kind consideration.
Thank you!
Yours truly,
Lourdes V. Doroteo
