A progressive town, Carcar is an entrepreneur’s hub in the southern part of Cebu . It is renowned as the Shoe Capital of Cebu and the Carcaranons are known to be makers of excellent quality shoes since the 1950s. Proof to that are the chain of footwear shops in almost every part of the place and the establishment of the Carcar United Footwear Manufacturers Association.
Other than the outstanding craft in shoemaking, Carcar is also known for its tasty delicacies like Bucarillo (coconut candy that come in different pastel colors), ampao (sweet rice crispies), and the ever sought-after pork chicharon that started in the early 1900s.

Cebu Hotels: St. Moritz Hotel
Not all hotels in Cebu crave for a one-dimensional market. There are actually Cebu hotels that cater to one particular category. Be it by travelers, vacationers, locals or business-related, some of these hotels are strategically located in Cebu City where accessibility is convenient. Moreover, there are quite a few hotels in Cebu that have established this concept and have maintained its quality to a specific target and have stayed there for how many years.
One prime example would St. Moritz Hotel. Now, I have met someone who has been visiting Cebu quite often and ever since he stayed at St. Moritz Hotel, he fell in love with the place. I’m not sure if he tried other Cebu hotels before, or even some of the best beach resorts in Cebu, but he’s quite proud about St. Moritz’ capability to continue its impressive service.

I actually consider myself as an Internet buff, specifically about the incoming GI Joe and Kung Fu Panda movie, updates in the 2008 NBA Playoffs and tinkering with the Photoshop. Aside from those, I would not forget about inserting a bit about the hotels and beach resorts in Cebu for your references. (more…)

MARLON RAY LABAGNOY REVIEW CENTER- CEBU
The course of Nursing has been considered as a default course for many potential college students here in Cebu. I had thought about this also a few times before but I opted to sign up for the Fine Arts course. I’ve known a lot of people that expressed desires to take up Nursing and they were able to get through it pretty well. With this, I’m still thinking about taking up the course of Nursing, someday though. (more…)
