Here’s a one of a kind Cebu Comic Book Creation Seminar that you should not miss. It is an ideal venue for comics enthusiasts, anime and manga lovers, storyboard artists and filmmakers to learn more and to know the thriving comics book artists community here in Cebu. Scheduled on the 25th an 26th of July 2009, the seminar is produced by Cebu’s leading comic book artists; John Amor and Harvey Tolibao.
