There’s no better way to support the local bands in Cebu than going to their gigs. Among the famous places where you can find the local talents playing is in The Outpost. It is located at 975-A Veteran’s Drive Lahug, Cebu City, just less than an hour taxi ride from Cebu’s downtown area. One good thing about this place is not having any cover charge in all its events, so you can just visit the place and listen to Cebuano music free of charge. Here you will find famous bands like Junior Kilat just to name one.

The Outpost, Cebu’s Local Hangout

The Outpost is also a nice place to chill, they have food and alcoholic beverages to make the night more fun as you listen to Cebu’s very own talents. Cebu’s Outdoor trekkers also gather here, so if you want to try an outdoor adventure, this is a good place to start. The ambiance is also exceptional for a bar, not to classy, but perfect for anyone who are expecting a great time.

Another special thing about this place is that you can also bring your own musical setup and play whatever music you have. In my opinion, this is really cool, because it’s another way to discover new talents as well as sharing your brand music to Cebu’s crowd. Although, I am not really a musician, I should say that the place is undoubtedly worth going.
