If you are visiting Cebu, one of the most popular getaways is Tingko Beach Resort located at Alcoy. This small province of Cebu City, Philippines is not only known for its culture and traditions, but most of all with this great white sandy beach. When people hear about Alcoy, the first thing that comes in mind is Tingko. Locals and foreigners who have been in this beach can only say nothing but great things about their whole experience in this beautiful spot.

Unlike other beaches around Cebu, Tingko beach offers the lowest prices especially in accommodation. An overnight stay at one of the known resorts could only cost you a fraction of what you have to pay when you are on the other side of the town. Price may seem to be the gauge for quality, but here, you will definitely get more than what you pay for.

Apart from that, the beach is just a few hours away from the city via land trip. You can either rent a car or ride a bus going there. If you want a more comfortable and enjoyable travelling experience I suggest you ride one of the air-conditioned buses found at Cebu City South Bus Terminal.

Tingko beach offers a vast shoreline of white sands, wherein you can enjoy an early morning walk as you gaze up to the sunrise. Unlike other commercialized beaches, this one is well preserved to its natural form, which makes it more amazing.

For your standard non-airconditioned room is good for how many persons? Do you have like a family room for 5 persons? If you do what is your rate per night? Also, non-aircon standard room’s rate?
Can i ask for any contact numbers?

Wonder why there was no reply to inquiries since April, 2010? This will show that the place is not yet commercialized. I know this is still a prestine and natural place. It will be exciting to explore.

the place is for the public, there is a beach house where you can sing along or cook your food. i think the rate is not more than P1000.00 a day.
