Do you know that the world’s 11th Largest Mall is located in Cebu? I never even expected it, not until I searched the web for answers. Surprisingly SM City Cebu is only a seat behind the top ten largest malls in the World.

With a huge gross floor area of 268,611 square meters, there is no wonder why it belongs to a good spot. SM Prime Holdings owns SM City Cebu, which also operates several SM malls around the Philippines. The mall was opened in November 1993 and since then the corporation has been thriving to expand and give the best experience to mall goers in Cebu.

The World’s 11th Largest Mall has a four-level structure all filled with boutiques, specialty shops and most of all entertainment centers. You can find eight cinemas at the top floor and a bowling center. It also houses amusement centers and a trade hall. Various restaurants are also housed here.

It also has a latest addition to their structure, the Northwing, which redefines a new meaning to shopping. There are newly opened restaurants and an entire floor of tech shops that can keep shoppers up to date with the latest trend. What ’s more, is its convenient roof deck parking, which entitles car owners the added security and convenience to be much closer to the mall entrance once they get off the car.
